My name is Captain Banks Allen. I am a USCG credentialed, CPR certified, licensed & insured Captain. I participate in random drug testing through APCA, as required by the U.S. Coast Guard. I take pride in knowing that I comply with all the standards and requirements necessary to maintain a captain's license in good standing. My goal is to provide you with the best fishing experience on the water!

Captain Banks is very experienced and highly skilled. The boat is beautiful, clean and quiet. He knew just where the fish would be biting and often knew what type of fish you had on the line by how it was fighting before we even saw it - that was impressive! The best part of booking with Fish Hooker Charters was that he took care of all the poles, tackle, gear, bait, etc so we got to fish and enjoy being on the water without all the work. LIMIT OUT!

Captain Banks to us out for a day of scalloping in the gulf. Thanks to his knowledge of where to find them we had limited out in no time and were able to spend more time fishing! Not only did this guy know where the fish were but he has another hidden talent…this guy knows how to cook seafood! Don’t hesitate to charter with him, you won’t regret it!
